One, Limestone Crushing Production Line

    Limestone is mainly quarried for theconstruction of buildings, roadbeds and landscape construction. Limestone iswidely used in cement production for the construction of architecture andlandmarks around the world. It is widely distributed and quite easy to beprocessed into different sizes for block making as well as carving works.

Limestone Crushing Process:

    Passing through a hopper, raw limestonematerials are fed by vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher evenly and graduallyfor primary crushing. After first crushing, the material will be transferred bybelt conveyor to impact crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed limestonematerials will then be transferred to vibrating screen for separation.

    Afterseparation, products in required size will be retained as final products, whilethe rest will be returned to the previous impact crusher for recushing untilgetting all required sizes. In this way, the whole line completes a closedcircuit crushing process. We can separate different sizes according to your requirement.
